‘Sex and the City’ star Sarah Jessica Parker was pulled over by the police for driving without switching on her headlights.
The actress and her young son,James Wilkie were driving through New York in her Mercedes minivan when she was stopped by the cops,reported New York Post.
The actress was let off with a warning after telling them that she did not know how to switch the lights on.
“She told him that it was a brand-new car and she didn’t know how to turn them on. They showed her how and let her go with a warning,” a source told the newspaper.

Parker confirmed the story through her representative who praised the officers saying,”The officer was patient and kind.”
