Priyanka Chopra is playing a mentally challenged girl in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film ‘Barfee’ and the actress says it the “toughest” role of her career.

The 28-year-old beauty has just begun shooting for the film, also starring Ranbir Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz, but the going has already gotten tough for her.

“I have shot for five days only,as of now. Playing a mentally challenged girl is difficult,as there is a very thin line between a caricature and portraying the real thing. It is my toughest role so far,” said Priyanka.

The National award winning actress has her hands full with highly-anticipated films like ‘Don 2’ and ‘Agneepath’ in her kitty.

Recently she had a small accident on the sets of ‘Agneepath’,when her ghagra caught fire while filming a sequence.

“There was a Ganpati statue placed high up and while I was looking at it,my ghagra caught fire from the lamps kept below. Thankfully it was not a very serious accident,” said Priyanka, who was in the capital today to unveil the wedding collection from the jewellery brand Asmi.

The actress re-united with her ‘Don’ team to shoot for the sequel, which,Priyanka said,is almost done.

“There is a song sequence which is yet to be filmed, other than that shooting is almost over. Don 2 should be out in December,” she said.
