Nayar unhappy with Hurley’s ‘bossy’ behaviour

Friends of the couple have claimed that the friction in their marriage is result of Hurley's alleged "bossy" behaviour.

Amid speculations that Liz Hurley and Indian business tycoon Arun Nayar are headed for splitsville, the friends of the couple have claimed that the friction in their marriage is the result of Hurley’s alleged “bossy” behaviour.

“She’s more like a boss than a wife,” a friend of the couple told the ‘Daily Mail’.

“Arun often feels like rather than being in first flush of love,he is stuck with a wife who can be cold, pushy and bossy,” the source added.

If reports are to be believed everything is not right in the couple’s two-year-old marriage and they have increasingly grown apart since their lavish wedding in 2007.

Hurley’s career goals are also said to be causing the friction particularly her decision to set up an organic farm, which will be filmed for a TV series.

“He sees the idea of some reality show about her organic farm business as rather cheap.”

The discomfort between them is the issue of Hurley’s friendship with her ex-boyfriend Hugh Grant.

Nayar was apparently frustrated that he was unable to join Hurley,Grant, and her six-year-old son Damian at the start of a holiday in December last year because of his business commitments.

The 43-year-old Hurley and Grant were spotted on December 15 playing happy families with Damian at the Cotton House Hotel on the West Indian island of Mustique.

However,as rumours circled about the state of their marriage, the couple put on a show of unity at a friend’s birthday party at the Dorchester hotel in London on Mar 14.

But Nayar is reportedly disenchanted with his 43-year-old wife’s glamorous life.

It is Nayar’s second wedding,he was earlier married to Italian model Valentina Pedroni which ended in a bitter divorce in 2002 while Hurley dated British actor Hugh Grant for over 13 years.
