Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan has filed a whopping USD 100 million lawsuit against E-Trade for a commercial aired by the company, calling it defamatory.
The advertisement shows a boyfriend-stealing baby named Lindsay, who is also described as a “milkaholic”,which,
according to the ‘Mean Girls’ star,is a reference to her hard-partying ways,People magazine reported.
The 24-year-old actress’s lawyer,Stephanie Ovadia said that the original ad featured a baby named “Deborah.” She claimed that when the baby’s name changed, the adjectives used to describe her behaviour did as well.

E-Trade has fired back against the lawsuit, denying that Lohan is the target of a parody. They say the spot was meant to be “witty and memorable”.
The company said in a statement that the claims are “without merit and we intend to defend ourselves vigorously”.
