Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale has revealed that she cannot change her hairstyle because her daughter hates it if she dons a new look.

The ‘Serendipity’ actress said that her 10-year-old daughter Lily with ex-partner Michael Sheen,detests if she changes her flowing brunette locks,and isn’t shy to tell her mother what she thinks,Contactmusic reported.

“I don’t really think about my hair that much. I’ve got a daughter and if I do anything really radically different,she gets upset,” Beckinsale said.

And it’s not just Lily who likes ‘The Aviator’ actress the way she is,her director husband Len Wiseman also wants her to stay the same.

“If I come in the door looking different,Lily goes,’Ew,you don’t look like yourself. You look horrible.’ And my husband tends to do that too,” the actress added.

Beckinsale,36,previously revealed that Lily isn’t impressed with her acting credits,and longs for her to work with some stars from the past.

“Lily’s really retro so she says,’Oh I wish you could work with Joan Crawford or Janice Joplin.’ I’m like,’They’re dead now. It’s probably not going to happen.’ She’s into Marilyn Monroe and John Lennon and all these people,” the actress had said.
