Julia Roberts in Gurgaon to shoot for ‘Eat,Pray,Love’

After enjoying a vacation here earlier the Oscar-winning-actress is back to shoot for 'Eat,Pray,Love'.

It seems Hollywood superstar Julia Roberts’ fascination with India has no ending.

After enjoying a vacation here earlier this year the Oscar-winning-actress is back to shoot for her upcoming film ‘Eat,Pray,Love’,which is a Brad Pitt production.

The actress landed in the capital on Thursday morning along with her twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and two-year-old Henry accompanied by her entourage.

Roberts,along with the cast of the film which includes,Oscar-winner Javier Bardem,Billy Crudup and Richard Jenkins has reportedly checked into a five star hotel in Gurgaon.

The actress,whose production company Red Om recently signed a production deal with India’s Reliance Big Entertainment,will stay in the country till the first week of October.

Shooting is expected to start soon at an ashram,near Gurgaon on the Delhi-Jaipur National Highway 8,while some scenes will be filmed at Pataudi Palace,about 60 kilometers from Delhi.

Roberts will play Elizabeth Gilbert who gave up on her pretty home near New York,a comfortable life and a husband when she realises that she is not happy with life.

Directed by Ryan Murphy,the film is based on the international bestseller memoir,’Eat,Pray,Love’.

The film explores a divorced woman’s journey in search of restoration of her body and soul— and her quest for love.

The 41-year-old actress was last seen shooting in Italy for the film which is expected to hit theatres in 2011.

Roberts with her husband,Daniel Moder and kids vacationed in Jaipur and Agra earlier this year.
