Jackson’s glove sells for $192,000

The popstar's famous crystal-studded glove went under the hammer for $192,000,at an auction of Jackson memorabilia.

‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson’s famous crystal-studded glove went under the hammer for a whopping $192,000 – 10 times higher than estimated.

The worn glove was the highlight of Julien’s Auctions sale in Las Vegas on Friday,which also marked the first anniversary of the ‘Thriller’ hitmaker’s death,reported Mirror online.

Winning bidder Wanda Kelley,of Los Angeles,said,”I wasn’t walking out of here without that glove.”

Worn by Jackson on his 1984 Victory Tour,it was among over 200 items of Jackson memorabilia auctioned off at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. The pop icon’s documents,drawings,clothing and furniture were the main attractions.

Jackson’s Victory Tour Jacket was sold for USD 66,000 and an autograph Jackson signed the day before his death fetched USD 21,000. Even Jackson’s worn loafers sold for USD 90,000.
