Soccer star David Beckham has admitted that becoming a father has made him less selfish,as he realised he has to put his three sons first.

“I was selfish before — everyone is. Until you have children you don’t realise how much it changes your life and how they become your main priority in terms of making sure they are OK,making sure they are happy,” Beckham said.

Beckham has three sons,Brooklyn Beckham,10,Romeo,seven,and four-year-old Cruz with wife Victoria. The 34-year-old father has admitted that he was self-obsessed before the birth of Brooklyn in March,1999 but now his children come before anything,as reported.

“Me and Victoria are busy in our jobs and what we do as individuals. But there is nothing that compares to being a father. They are the most special boys in our lives and we would do anything for them,” he added.
