Moore’s decision to seek treatment came on the heels of her emergency hospitalization after smoking an incense-like substance on January 23.

Following her split with Ashton Kutcher in November,the actress’ life was in complete crisis. Friends of Moore were relieved the actress decided to finally face her issues.

“She knows she’s in a bad place and needs help. She needed something serious to get her back on track,” the source added.
