Spanish actor Antonio Banderas has promised to surprise the audience with his role in an upcoming film.
The 49-year-old actor admits he is working on an exciting project which may shock those who are familiar with his usual work,Ok! magazine reported.
“There are good prospects for next year,a possibility of returning to the theatre,a couple of films – one of which I can’t talk about yet,but it’s going to surprise everyone – that I’m going to shoot in Spain,” Banderas said.
“Everything is in place,one way or another,and I’m happy. Tired,because things have been pretty hectic,especially in the last few months,but I’m happy. Without a doubt,” he added.
The 49-year-old actor stars in the new Woody Allen movie ‘You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger’ and though he is not much aware about the storyline of the film,he is happy to work with the legendary filmmaker.
“My film with Woody Allen will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival and I just made an independent movie. He sent me only my scenes when I said I would do the movie – you read only what you do… It’s going to be the first movie that when it opens,I know nothing about,” Banderas said.
