Varun Dhawan’s movie ‘Badlapur’ earns Rs 8.75 crores in 2 days

The second day collections of 'Badlapur' shot up to Rs 8.75 crores, making a figure of Rs 15.75 crores in the first two days.

The movie is gaining from positive word of mouth and has a long way to go.

The movie bagged Rs 7 crores on the first day of its release domestically, and Rs 2.03 crores in the UAE. The second day collections shot up to Rs 8.75 crores, making a figure of Rs 15.75 crores in the first two days.

Seen in an entirely different avatar, Varun Dhawan has managed to get a make over for his personality with this film. From being a chocolate boy, the actor’s evolution in ‘Badlapur’ has helped him enter the club of serious actors.

Also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Yami Gautam and Huma Qureshi ‘badlapur’ released last friday.
