There was a phase when I was insecure: Bipasha Basu
Bipasha Basu has been through her share of highs and lows, but the actress says there was a time in when she became insecure.
Bipasha Basu, who made her debut in a supporting role in 2001 film “Ajnabee”, bagged her first leading role in Vikram Bhatt’s “Raaz” in 2002.
With more than 30 films in a career spanning over 14-years, Bipasha Basu has been through her share of highs and lows, but the actress says there was a time in when she became insecure.
Bipasha, 36, who made her debut in a supporting role in 2001 film “Ajnabee”, bagged her first leading role in Vikram Bhatt’s “Raaz” in 2002.
But almost a decade after her breakthrough through role, there came a phase when she felt fearful as an actress.
“I felt fear the year ‘Raaz 3’ released. That year I was fearful. Because I was changing everything about my life, getting back to work. It was an insecure phase of my life. I am not a born insecure person. So that was the only time I felt a little fear,” Bipasha told PTI.
