After Esha Deol, Dharmendra’s elder son Sunny Deol took to Instagram to remember his father on his birth anniversary. Dharmendra passed away on November 24, just days before his 90th birthday on December 8. Remembering his father, Sunny shared an old video of Dharmendra and also penned an emotional note for him.

The clip shows Sunny and Dharmendra holidaying in the mountains. It shows Sunny recording Dharmendra soaking in the beauty of the mountains as he looks dashing in a black jacket and a hat. We hear Sunny’s voice recording the video asking Dharmendra, “So Papa enjoying?” Dharmendra gives an infectious laugh and says, “I am really enjoying my son. It is lovely.” Sunny shows the mountains and says, “It is beautiful.”

In the caption, Sunny Deol wrote in Hindi, “Today is my father’s birthday. Papa is always with me, inside me, love you papa. Miss you.” This the first time Sunny has shared a post abut Dharmendra since his death. Earlier, the actor was seen getting upset with the paparazzi when Dharmendra was admitted to the hospital and had requested privacy for his family. Since Dharmendra’s death, the Deol family has maintained a distance from the media.
