Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot on Friday (July 12). Their grand wedding had the who’s who from across the fields of sports, politics, business, and entertainment in attendance. While the Kardashians and John Cena stole the spotlight in their Indian avatar, Shah Rukh Khan’s interactions with fellow guests also caught the attention. In several videos from the grand celebrations, the Jawan star can be seen interacting with megastars Amitabh Bachchan and superstar Rajinikanth with utmost respect. The videos show SRK touching Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan’s feet, and greeting Rajinikanth and his wife with folded hands. In another video, the actor can be seen dancing along with Nita Ambani.

In one video, Shah Rukh Khan can be seen greeting Rajinikanth and his wife Latha, and then shaking hands with Aaditya Thackeray and Sachin Tendulkar. In the same video, the Pathaan star could be seen touching the feet of actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Shah Rukh and Jaya were also seen exchanging a light moment with each other.

In another video, Shah Rukh Khan could be seen dancing with Salman Khan, while being surrounded by actors like Arjun Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, and Vicky Kaushal. The crowd also included Shikhar Pahariya and Isha Ambani, among others. Nita Ambani was also seen dancing with the stars.

After a series of pre-wedding bashes, Anant and Radhika tied the knot on Friday. The newlywed couple will have an Aashirwad ceremony today, followed by a grand wedding reception tomorrow. Their wedding was attended by Priyanka Chopra, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, John Cena, and Rema, among hundreds of others. Several international politicians were also invited for the wedding. Videos and photos of the newlyweds from their wedding ceremony have been shared online.

Long ago, there were rumours of rivalry between Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Kham when the latter starred in the remake version of Big B’s 1978 film Don. However, clearing the air, in an interview with Rediff, SRK told, “I think I have said this before, we are quite educated, cultured, graceful, doing well in our lives and professions kind of people. We worked together in a huge amount of successful films, and some really nice, enjoyable work together, as recently as KANK (Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, 2006).”

He called rumours of his rivalry “strange and embarrassing.”

Two men belonging to the Rohit Godara-Goldy Brar Gang were killed in an encounter in Ghaziabad, suspected to be involved in the firing outside Disha Patani's residence. The duo, identified as Ravindra and Arun, were wanted in multiple cases and were spotted by the police through CCTV footage. UP CM Yogi Adityanath had directed for a speedy investigation and strict action against the perpetrators.
