Seema Sajdeh’s son Yohan googled ‘divorce’ during parents’ separation as he didn’t know the meaning, recalls Nirvan: ‘It hit him’

Seema Sajdeh has been quite vocal about her divorce with Sohail Khan in the latest season of Netflix’s Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. In one of the episodes, Seema can be seen discussing her divorce with her older son Nirvan, and they also discuss how Yohan, her younger son, dealt with it. They also talk about Yohan’s state as he googled ‘divorce’ as he did not even understand the meaning of the word.

Seema and Nirvan discuss that her move from Bandra to Worli didn’t go well with Yohan, who is 13-years-old, as all his friends lived in Bandra, and this resulted in him spending all of his time at his father Sohail’s house. Explaining Yohan’s reaction, Nirvan said, “Your divorce was out publicly. And it happened at a time when he (Yohan) probably didn’t even know the term ‘divorce’. So, while it’s happening, he is probably learning everything.” He added, “I have seen him, he used to search up the definition of divorce and what it is. It hit him, it’s all very new to him.”

Nirvan further explained the reason behind the distance between them. He said, “All his (Yohan’s) friends are in Bandra. His life has been in Bandra. He was born in that house. We grew up in that house. Ultimately, you want your friends around, your family around. Now that you have moved to Worli, it becomes tough for us to migrate here to there. You have probably seen we don’t see you as often. I think you should move back to Bandra. You were more accessible to us then.”

Taking her son’s advise, Seema moved back to Bandra in the final episode of the show’s third season. Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is currently streaming on Netflix.

Seema and Sohail divorced in 2022 after 24 years of marriage. The couple was separated before getting divorced.
