Salman Khan celebrates 60th birthday with family at Panvel farmhouse, Katrina Kaif says ‘be the super human that you are’

Several videos from the birthday celebrations have surfaced online. In one clip, Salman is seen dressed in a black T-shirt and denims, standing in front of a large centre table as he cuts the cake. His parents, Salim Khan and Salma Khan, stood beside him, with Salim adding a festive Christmas touch by sporting a Santa hat.

Before celebrating with his family, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star made time for the paparazzi stationed outside his farmhouse. He cut his birthday cake with them as they sang for him, spreading cheer and warmth. Salman cut a red-and-white Christmas-themed cake and even offered slices to the photographers.

In another video, Salman was seen warmly greeting members of the media gathered outside the farmhouse. The actor appeared cheerful and jovial throughout the celebrations.

Salman Khan’s clean-shaven look quickly became a talking point online, prompting several reactions on social media. Reddit users commented, “Bhai is glowing,” while another wrote, “Man, you really cannot make this glow-up at 60… Bhai is built different.” Others added, “He is looking pretty good for his age,” with some even speculating about cosmetic enhancements. Comments like “Has he got anything done to his face? He’s looking better than before!” and “It’s like he almost got a new face” also surfaced.

The actor celebrated his birthday under tight security. Earlier, a source told India Today, “A special video featuring messages from all his directors over his cinematic journey and their experience working with him has been prepared for the actor.”

Katrina Kaif wishes Salman

Actress Katrina Kaif, who has worked in multiple films with Salman Khan, took to her Instagram Stories to share a warm birthday note for her co-star.

Sharing a black and white picture of the actor, Katrina wrote: “Tiger Tiger Tiger… Happiest 60th birthday to the super human that you are… May everyday be full of love and light.”

Salman Khan has traditionally preferred celebrating his birthday at his Panvel farmhouse, away from crowds, in the company of close friends and family. Speaking earlier about turning 60, Salman told PTI, “Sixty and all doesn’t matter. Today, the way I train and whatever I do, it is better than what I was in my 20s, 30s and 40s. I don’t feel it at all. In fact, it’s a lot easier, it’s a lot better.”

He added, “Work-wise, everyone’s experience is there. Chronologically, it gives you that experience—with the people you meet, the people you work with, and life experiences that teach you a lot. The enthusiasm has not gone away. With the increase in experience, even the enthusiasm has increased. So now, the combination of being enthusiastic and being experienced is the best combination in the world.”

On the work front, Salman Khan is set to star in Apoorva Lakhia’s Battle of Galwan. The film is reportedly based on the military events of June 15, 2020, in the Galwan region, when 200 Indian soldiers fought against 1,200 Chinese Liberation Army soldiers to defend Indian territory.
