Much has been said about the existence of sequel to Salman Khan’s 200 cr grosser ‘Kick’. It was reported that director Sajid Nadiadwala has already started working on the script and that the movie will go on floors in the immediate future. But it seems all of this conjecture wasn’t true enough as Sajid has outrightly denied the news.

Speaking to BollywoodHungama.com, Sajid said, “Whenever I meet Salman we keep coming up with ideas. When we met during Arpita’s marriage recently, we discussed a few ideas but developing any idea takes time, at least two years. He’s busy right now. In my next directorial venture, Salman will most certainly be there. Whenever we work next, it should live upto the expectations. It is easy to cross 100 Crores these days but it takes a lot of efforts to creep towards the next number that is 200.”
Sajid, however, doesn’t deny a possibility of the sequel. “I don’t know whether it’ll be ‘Kick 2’; nothing has been discussed. My office wanted me to register the title ‘Devil’ since they felt, it could be a good title for Kick sequel. We have registered the title but there’s nothing more to it.”

Also, there were reports that Sajid would be remaking Telugu hit ‘Magadheera’ in Hindi with Shahid Kapoor as the lead. There is a good news for Sasha’s fans, as the director has gone ahead to confirm the same. He revealed that the scripting will begin in April 2015 and the movie will most probably roll by the end of 2015. The original ‘Magadheera’ had Ram Charan Teja in double role with Kajal Aggarwal.
