Riteish Deshmukh paired with Nargis Fakhri for ‘Banjo’

Riteish Deshmukh will be paired with Nargis Fakhri in yet another film titled 'Banjo'.

Riteish Deshmukh, who is juggling between multiple films, will be soon seen in yet another film titled ‘Banjo’. The producer of the film, Eros International, has also roped in Nargis Fakhri to play the leading lady.

Earlier we had reported that Ravi Jadhav, who after earning accolades for his films in the Marathi industry, has been looking at directing Bollywood films and Eros International signed him on. Though the details of the film weren’t revealed then, now we hear that the duo have come together for the musical ‘Banjo’. Further after finalizing the actors for the lead roles, Krishika Lulla from Eros added that Nargis plays the role of a girl who is born and brought up abroad and visits India for a purpose. She also mentioned that they will be organizing workshops for the two before they kick start the shoot.

However, the producer refrained from divulging any details of the plot but it has been learnt that ‘Banjo’ is expected to go on floor by the end of this year or by the beginning of 2016. Interestingly, this is the second film of Riteish Deshmukh along with Nargis Fakhri and the two are currently shooting in London for ‘Housefull 3’.
