Ranbir Kapoor tries Snapchat filter amid prep for Brahmastra and it’s too funny for words

Ranbir Kapoor has started preparation for his next film, Brahmastra. The film stars Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan. Produced by Dharma Production, this fantasy adventure trilogy will hit the screens on August 15, 2019. Brahmastra is directed by Ayan Mukerji.

Snapchat filters are fun. It is not just us but even Ranbir Kapoor agrees to it. In a new video posted by Saavn’s official handle, we see Ranbir totally overwhelmed with this new filter on Snapchat that features the song, Bom Diggy. The actor tried the filter amid his prep for his next film Brahmastra and seemed to have enjoyed it. Ranbir has begun his preparations for his role in the Ayan Mukerji directorial, which would star Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan.

A few days ago, Alia too had shared a picture of her reading through the script of Brahmastra. The film was officially announced on the occasion of Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday, on October 11, and surely has risen curiosity about the project. While the characters of the actors have been kept under wraps, the film is being claimed to be Bollywood’s first superhero triology.

“It’s a modern-day film set in India as it exists today. But the reason it’s called Brahmastra is because the energies, wisdom, powers in the film come from ancient India. That’s all I would say. There are some costumes, may be not the way you’d expect them to be,” director Ayan Mujkerji said while talking about his project at an recent event.

The Dharma Productions’ film is Ayan’s third project, which comes four years after his successful romantic-comedy Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

The film also marks third project of Ayan and Ranbir. So, people have hopes that the deadly combo of this director-actor will create magic on screen.
