Ranbir Kapoor shaves off moustache as he gets off with an excited Alia Bhatt for New Year vacation

Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Raha Kapoor's New Year vacation destination has not been disclosed.

It is that time of the year when most of Bollywood celebrities take some time off for their family and friends and jet off for their New Year vacation. While Ranveer Singh’s New Year vacation destination with wife Deepika Padukone and other family members is New York, and Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with actor-husband Saif Ali Khan and their boys Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan, is carrying on her annual ritual to visit Gstaad, Switzerland, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor too took off recently.

Alia-Ranbir, who are parents to little Raha Kapoor, were seen all excited as they took off for their New Year vacation. While last year Alia, Ranveer and Raha headed to Thailand to welcome the New Year with their family members by their side, this year’s destination is still under wraps.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt took a private flight and were spotted at the Mumbai airport recently. Fans were also excited to see Ranbir Kapoor’s all-new look. The actor, who was sporting a mustache for a while for the upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical drama Love & War, was seen with a clean-shaven look at the airport.

While Alia first made sure to drop daughter Raha inside the airport without getting her clicked, Ranbir turned to the photographers waiting outside to give a thumbs-up. Alia again came out and greeted the paparazzi warmly. She smiled, waved, and even blew a kiss before entering the airport.

Earlier this week, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir were busy with Christmas celebrations with fam. While Alia, Raha, and Ranbir first celebrated with the Bhatts, they were also seen enjoying a get-together with the Kapoors.

Alia also shared several pictures on Instagram from her Christmas party.

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor has several major films in the pipeline, with his immediate big releases expected to be Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical drama Love & War (March 2026) and Nitesh Tiwari’s epic mythological film Ramayana: Part 1 (Diwali 2026), where he plays Lord Ram.

On the other hand, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in the film Alpha.
