Rajinikanth is very humble and down-to-earth: Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson, has now landed a role opposite none other than Rajinikanth in Shankar's pet project, Robot 2.0 (Robot's sequel).

Amy Jackson is certainly going places. Just a few years old in the Indian film industry, the British actress has now landed a role opposite none other than Rajinikanth in Shankar’s pet project, Robot 2.0 (Robot’s sequel) that will also see Akshay Kumar playing the villain.

Amy, who has started filming her portions with Rajinikanth, couldn’t stop singing praises of the southern superstar.

Talking about her experience of working with Rajinikanth, Amy told us, “Rajini is a complete gentleman. He truly is. I was nervous before I started shooting. I didn’t know what it was going to be like. But he is a true gentleman. He says ‘hello’ to everyone on sets. He is very humble and down-to-earth.”

The movie, which went on floors in Chennai, will soon move to a few foreign locales. While Akshay is yet to start filming his scenes, Amy has completed a good chunk of her scenes opposite Rajinikanth.

Sharing her experience of shooting with the legend, Amy said, “It’s amazing. I have already started shooting for Robot 2 with Rajini sir and we have a lot of scenes together. It’s a privilege and honour to be in a film with him.”

Amy also revealed that the trio- herself, Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar- will be sporting new looks in the movie.
