It was India all the way at New York Fashion Week. While Sunny Leone walked the ramp for Archana Kochchar, making the first Indian actress to do so, Quantico star Priyanka Chopra slayed on the front row.
Sunny Leone looked confident and radiant as she walked on Thursday night. Sunny had earlier said about the opportunity, “It feels amazing and when I found out that I am the first, it felt even better. I was very nervous about walking and just wanted it to go perfectly.” The actress also posted on Twitter and shared a video of her ramp walk.
And on Priyanka Chopra, there is just no stopping her. The actress, who is in New York shooting for Quantico, was spotted at the New York Fashion Week. The Bajirao Mastani actress showed up for American-Thai designer Thakoon Panichgul’s show and from her post it looks like she really really had her share of fun.
“priyankachopraBeautiful #NYCfashionweek evening by the Brooklyn bridge. Thank you @thakoonny your show was amazing and the clothes epic!!! Hugs,” she wrote while posting the photo. It looks like that this is one dress she would never ever want to get out of.
Priyanka Chopra was also spotted with Indo-America designer and model, Waris Ahluwalia. They also got pictures clicked together
Now, what is a party without a little bit of fun? The Mary Kom star was seen shaking it up with Czech model, Karolína Kurková. “You @karolinakurkova are too fun! So good to meet u! God, I want those legs! #nycfashionweek,” Priyanka Chopra wrote in her Instagram post.
Now the world knows one thing we already knew. Be it in FBI costume in Quantico or full-sleeved, deep-neck maxi dress and paired up with golden heels, Priyanka Chopra always looks glamourous.
Recently in an interview with Refinery 29, the Krissh actress spoke truly about feminism,“Don’t judge me for being me, just like you don’t judge the boys,” she said.
And as for the men, Priyanka Chopra opened up about how she sees them playing a role in women’s rights. “Feminism needs men to understand that we don’t want to berate you or kill you or hate you,” she said. “We just need you to stand by us.”
