Preity Zinta jokes husband is lucky to marry an Indian woman, celebrates Holi with her ‘multi-cultural Indian American family’. Watch

Preity Zinta shared a video of her Holi celebration and revealed that her family makes it a point to celebrate every festival so their kids stay connected to their roots.

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta recently shared a glimpse of her Holi celebration in Los Angeles, USA. She celebrated the festival with her husband, Gene Goodenough, and their twins, Gia and Jai. In the caption, Preity revealed that her family makes it a point to celebrate every festival so their kids stay connected to their roots.

The video montage Preity shared captures her dancing joyfully with friends and family, drenched in Holi colors. She also posed with her children but covered their faces with emojis. A special moment in the clip shows Gene planting a kiss on Preity’s forehead, while another highlights a mehendi tattoo on her hand featuring the names of Gene, Gia, and Jai, along with the symbol of Om.

Sharing the post, Preity wrote, “This Holi was everything I wanted it to be. Great weather, excited kids, organic colour, friends, family, yummy food & the best Holi party with gaana bajana (music) (red heart emoji). Being a multi cultural Indian American family we make it a point to celebrate each others festivals & culture, so the kids always know their roots on either side.”

She added, “I always joke with Gene & say he lucked out marrying an Indian woman, cuz we have so many reasons to celebrate given our ancient heritage n incredible culture. On the professional front, Preity is set to make her comeback with Rajkumar Santoshi’s directorial Lahore 1947, produced by Aamir Khan. She was last seen on the big screen in the 2018 film Bhaiaji Superhit. Lahore 1947 also stars Sunny Deol in the lead role, alongside Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, and Karan Deol in key roles.
