At the same event, Hrithik Roshan also reflected on his 25-year journey in the film industry, expressing gratitude for the support and love he continues to receive. “It’s the connection. To have the privilege to touch people’s live,  to make them feel something, whether it’s joy or hope or strength, escape, inspiration. Just to be able to walk into a room and make someone feel something, I think that is a superpower that I will never take for granted. And I’m still surprised by it, every time. I’m still very humbled by it, and I cherish it, and I’m so, so thankful for it. So I’m already loved by people who I’ve never met. There’s no way to join them. So yeah, I’m thankful for that.”

This isn’t the first time Hrithik has acknowledged the failure of War 2. Last month, he took to Instagram to share his thoughts on stepping into the character of Kabir, writing, “Everything seemed so perfect. Like it’s meant to be. A sure shot. No worries, just needed to do my job right. Which of course I did. But something was lurking behind that presumptuous certainty. A voice that I kept shutting out… ‘This is too easy… I know this too well.’ And another that said, ‘I deserve it, every film doesn’t have to be a torture and trauma and an incessant search for the truth of the moment.’ Just relax.”

Looking ahead, Hrithik Roshan is gearing up to step into direction for the first time with Krrish 4, which is set to go on floors next year. Reports suggest the film will explore the concept of time travel.
