‘MSG2 – The Messenger’ premiere causes traffic jams in Gurgaon

'MSG 2 - The Messenger', a sequel to 'MSG - The Messenger' is all set to hit theatres on September 18. So, to mark its arrival, a special screening of the movie was held in Gurgaon.

Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s ‘MSG 2 – The Messenger’, a sequel to ‘MSG – The Messenger’ is all set to hit theatres on September 18. So, to mark its arrival, a special screening of the movie was held in Gurgaon today at 6pm, which was expected to be attended by 2 lakh people.

The prequel was also scheduled to have a special screening earlier this year, but it was cancelled at the last minute. However, for this one, the Gurgaon Police had made some previous arrangements in order to prevent any last time chaos.

In a traffic advisory issued on Facebook, Gurgaon Traffic Police requested people to use public transport to keep the roads congestion free during the ‘MSG 2’ premiere.

It’s said that the premiere which is now underway did attract many fans and cause a ruckus. But the authorities were better prepared to deal with the deluge this time. The premiere of ‘MSG-2’, written, directed by and starring Gurmeet Ram Rahim, has been organised at Leisure Valley Park and started at 6pm.
