Madhuri Dixit ‘destroyed’ her skin during outdoor shoots as there were no washrooms, warned Renuka Shahane: ‘Don’t stop drinking water’

The actor further added, “So, she warned me that don’t you dare not drink water, otherwise your skin will become like mine. Whenever we wanted to use the washroom, we used to take four hairdressers with us and gooutside if needed, but don’t stop drinking water. We can’t even think of something like this today, such facilities weren’t there during that time.”

Renuka also revisited the fun and laughter the entire cast shared on the sets of the film. “Reema ji and Anupam ji also come, the entire family comes together. At that time, there were no makeup vans or anything like that. When the next shot was getting prepared, we all used to sit together and play dumb charades,” she said.

Renuka continued, “Satish Shah ji was also there..we used to talk about so many incidents and stories. The whole atmosphere was so fun. Sooraj ji always used to say that a Marathi film can also be done on the side because there are so many Marathi artists here.”
