Kangana Ranaut reacts to Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against co-star and filmmaker Justin Baldoni.

What Did Blake Lively Allege?

According to BBC, Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, the director and co-star of It Ends With Us, on December 21. The lawsuit alleges that Baldoni engaged in sexual harassment and attempted to orchestrate a smear campaign against her, causing significant emotional distress to her family. The complaint details instances of Baldoni allegedly creating a hostile work environment, including discussions about his pornography addiction, sharing explicit material, and making comments about her weight. The situation reportedly escalated, leading to a meeting where Lively requested that Baldoni cease such behavior.

Justin Baldoni’s response 

Justin Baldoni’s team refuted Blake Lively’s allegations. His statement to Variety read, “It is shameful that Ms Lively and her representatives would make such serious and categorically false accusations against Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and its representatives, as yet another desperate attempt to ‘fix’ her negative reputation which was garnered from her own remarks and actions during the campaign for the film; interviews and press activities that were observed publicly, in real time and unedited, which allowed for the internet to generate their own views and opinions.”
