Jolly LLB 3 box office collection Day 2: Jolly LLB 3 seems to signal a turnaround for Akshay Kumar at the Indian box office. After a strong opening of Rs 12.50 crore, the film jumped by 56.86% on Day 2 to collect Rs 20 crore. The total collection of the third installment in the Jolly LLB franchise stands at Rs 32.75 crore

On Saturday, Jolly LLB 3 registered an overall Hindi occupancy of 35.40%. The film recorded 13.65% in morning shows, 32.38% in the afternoon, 40.47% in the evening, and 55.10% at night.

The Akshay Kumar–Arshad Warsi courtroom comedy appears to be riding on strong word of mouth. If the trend continues, it is likely to cross the Rs 50 crore mark in its opening weekend.

Earlier, Akshay had heaped praise on his Jolly LLB 3 co-star Arshad. He said, “Arshad Warsi and I are coming together, so Jolly 1 and Jolly 2 are coming together. And, so much fun I had working with him. He’s such a lovely lad. Such a lovely person to work with and a great sense of humour he has. Good timing.”

Jolly LLB 3, also starring Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, Saurabh Shukla, and Gajraj Rao in key roles, opened to mixed reviews. The Indian Express film critic Shubhra Gupta wrote in her review, “I really enjoyed Jolly LLB part 2. But in this one, the storytelling is at its most basic, and it is far and away the weakest part of the franchise.”
