Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja hints at the actor’s alleged affair with a woman from the film industry.

Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja have been facing divorce rumours since last year. There were also speculations regarding the actor’s alleged affair with a Marathi actress. However, Sunita has now clarified that her husband is actually dating a woman, who is not an actress. In a recent interview, the newly turned YouTuber also claimed that the girl “doesn’t love him but only wants his money.”

During a conversation with ETimes, Sunita opened up about how the year 2025 has been for her personally and professionally. She said, “I treat 2025 as a very bad year for me,” reasoning the rumours surrounding Govinda’s controversy about his alleged affair with a girl. However, she further revealed that the woman is not an actress because actresses don’t do such “bad things”. “She doesn’t love him; she only wants his money,” she mentioned.

When asked about what she would like to change in the new year 2026, she replied that she wants to change her life in the coming year. “I want Govinda to put an end to all these controversies, and I want a happy family in 2026,” she added. Sunita Ahuja also wished that Govinda realizes that the most important things in his life are three women – his mother, his wife, and his daughter. “No one has a right to keep the fourth woman in their life.” She expressed that she wants the actor to leave all his “chamchas” who are with him for his money and focus on his work.

However, the vlogger, who now has 286K subscribers on her Youtube channel, expressed happiness about her new career venture. Sunita shared that she is very happy about starting YouTube in 2025, and achieving success with it. She said that the viewers have been loving her a lot. While there are haters as well, she still chooses to love them.

Govinda and Sunita Ahuja’s divorce rumours

Govinda and Sunita, who got married in 1987 and have two children – son Yash and daughter Tina, have been facing divorce speculations since a while now. However, while talking to the media recently, Sunita had refuted the rumours strongly.

She had said, “Aaj media ke muh pe thappad nahi padi hai kya? Humko saath me dekh kar. Itna close… agar kuch hota toh itne nazdeek hote? Humari duriya hoti. Koi hum dono ko alag nahi kar sakta. Chahe upar se koi bhi aa jaye… Mera Govinda sirf mera hi hai aur kisi ka nahi hai (Hasn’t the media gotten a slap in the face today? Seeing us together like this. So close… If there was something wrong, would we be this close? There would’ve been distance between us. No one can separate us… My Govinda is only mine and no one else’s).”
