Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s interior designer and entrepeneur wife Gauri Khan celebrated her 44th birthday with husband and close friends in Mumbai at actor Sanjay Kpoor and Maheep Kapoor’s residence on Wednesday evening (October 8).

Maheep threw a grand bash for Gauri in Mumbai, which was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood including actor Hrithik Roshan, directors Farah Khan and Zoya Akhtar and other socialites.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been married to Gauri for the past 23 years, wished his wife on Twitter.

Host of the eveening Maheeh Kapoor also took to Twitter to wish her beautiful freind.

However, Hrithik’s estranged wife Sussanne, who is also a close friend of Gauri and started their interior designing business together, was missing from the bash.

Other celebrity guests who came to wish and celebrate with Gauri included Karisma Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Sushmita Sen, Shweta Bachchan, Arjun Kapoor, Raj Kapoor’s daughter Reema Jain, Amrita Arora.

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri tied knot in 1991 and have three children – Aryan, Suhana and AbRam.
