Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra, Raghav’s uncle and fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva, tennis player Sania Mirza, actors Bhagyashree and Shailesh Lodha and fashion desinger Manish Malhotra among others also attended the wedding. Parineeti’s cousin sister Priyanka was conspicuous by her absence at the wedding.

Several politicians too graced the big fat wedding. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, AAP leader Sanjeev Arora and AAP MP Sanjay Singh, among others also attended the wedding. The pre-wedding festivities included haldi, mehendi and sangeet.

Parineeti and Raghav Chadha got engaged in May. Sharing the pictures from their intimate engagement ceremony, Parineeti had written, “Our engagement party was like living a dream – a dream unfurling beautifully amidst love, laughter, emotion and loads of dancing! As we hugged those we loved dearest and celebrated with them, emotions overflowed.”

It was previously reported that the couple had known each other for many years but their relationship began a few months ago. Parineeti and Raghav stayed mum but the rumours of their relationship first started after they were spotted by photographers in Mumbai outside a restaurant. Soon after, the couple was seen attending an IPL match. Their frequent outings made it obvious that the couple was indeed seeing each other.

Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai. She is now looking forward to the release of Mission Raniganj.
