The first look of India’s first war comedy film War Chhod Na Yaar is out.

It features Rang De Basanti stars Sharman Joshi and Soha Ali Khan and Dhamaal actor Javed Jaffrey. Film is directed and written by Faraz Haider, who has in the past assisted Dibakar Banerjee in Oye Lucky Lucky Oye.

As the first poster of the film suggests,it’s a comic war film between neighbours India and Pakistan.

In the film,Soha Ali Khan plays a television journalist and Jaaved plays a soldier alongside Sharman Joshi.

This will be first comedy film for Soha. “I am doing comedy for the first time and it has been great fun. I have done films where to get into a role, you have to bring back all these depressing memories before a shot. Comedy is much lighter, you can improvise, you can have fun,and you can let yourself go,” Soha said.

The film has majorly been shot in the deserts of Rajasthan and has handled a serious subject of war with humour.
