Filmy Friday: ‘Pizza’, ‘Hate Story 2’ hit screens today

We have two adult thrillers releasing this Friday – ‘Pizza’ and ‘Hate Story 2’.

Featuring television actors Jay Bhanushali and Surveen Chawla, ‘Hate Story 2’ revolves around a woman who is robbed of her love, dignity and life from a powerful man, played by actor Sushant Singh.

Produced by Vikram Bhatt and directed by Vishal Pandya, the film has several bold erotic bedroom scenes, with the action running high as Surveen turns into a deadly woman seeking revenge.

The film is a sequel to the hit film ‘Hate Story’ that released in 2010.

Meanwhile, horror film ‘Pizza’ tells the tale of a pizza delivery boy whose life changes after a delivery gone wrong. Directed by Akshay Akkineni, ‘Pizza’ stars Akshay Oberoi, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Dipannita Sharma and Arunoday Singh.

There’s also a light-hearted rom-com that hits screens this Friday – Vir Das’ Amit Sahni Ki List, wherein the actor plays the role of a man looking for his ideal woman according to his list.

Directed by Ajay Bhuyan, the film also features Vega Tomatia, Kavi Shastri and Anindita Nayar.

Another release this week is action drama ‘Riyasat’ starring the late Rajesh Khanna. In the Ashok Tyagi – directed film, the veteran actor is seen playing the role of a Saheb who goes to great lengths to protect his people.

And the last release of this Friday is ‘Bazaar-E-Husn’. Directed by Ajay Mehra, the film features Reshma Ghosh, Jeet Goshwami, Om Puri, Yashpal Sharma and Rajeshwari Sachdev.
