Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty are all set to headline Prime Video’s upcoming comedy-drama Do You Wanna Partner. The makers dropped its trailer on Friday, giving audiences a peek into a quirky story of friendship, ambition, and breaking stereotypes. The series is directed by Archit Kumar and Collin D’Cunha, and also features internet personalities Sufi Motiwala and Shark Tank’s Anupam Mittal in key roles.
At its heart, the show follows two best friends who dream of turning entrepreneurs by launching a craft beer brand named Jugaaro. But their journey is not as smooth as they expect. Constantly dismissed because of their gender, they come up with an unusual solution–creating a fictitious male partner to help navigate a male-dominated business world.

The three-minute trailer opens with Tamannaah’s character reflecting on the magic of beer: “Beer–just the mention of it makes you feel like it’s a holiday. Because beer is not just alcohol. Beer is an emotion.” From there, viewers are introduced to an ensemble cast including Jaaved Jaaferi, Nakuul Mehta, Neeraj Kabi, Shweta Tiwari, Rannvijay Singha, Lokesh Mittal, Indranil Sengupta, and Ayesha Raza.
Diana’s character, despite pulling off a near-impossible deal at work, is reduced to being just a pretty face. Frustrated with their jobs, the duo decides to chase their entrepreneurial dream, even seeking financial help from the underworld, represented by Shweta Tripathi in a refreshing turn. In one witty moment, she warns them, “Even if you wind up with a good-for-nothing husband, you will somehow still manage. But if you get a bad business partner, you’re actually screwed.”
