Dilip Kumar’s iconic Pali Hill bungalow to be demolished, luxurious residential property and museum to come up there

Legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar’s Pali Hill bungalow, is set to undergo a transformation. The late superstar’s family has agreed to demolish the bungalow and create a luxurious residential project on the plot. A museum to commemorate the actor’s remarkable life and his achievements will be established on the ground floor of the building with separate access.

The plot spans across an expansive half-acre land parcel and is among Mumbai’s most sought-after location. The project boasts an impressive 1.75 lakh square feet of total construction area, distributed across 11 floors.

Dilip Kumar’s family has partnered with realty developer Ashar Group for the luxurious project. The project will be completed by 2027. As per reports, the residential tower will generate a whooping revenue of Rs 900 crore.
