Farah Khan and her cook Dilip are back with their new vlog on YouTube. This time, the duo visited Bigg Boss 19 finalist, comedian Pranit More’s house in Mumbai. During the vlog, the filmmaker-choreographer praised Akshaye Khanna’s performance in Aditya Dhar’s latest blockbuster Dhurandhar. She said that after the Ranveer Singh starrer, her film Tees Maar Khan has been ruling hearts. In the video, Farah was also given an option between directing Shah Rukh Khan and Dilip. Here’s how she reacted.

In her latest vlog, Pranit tried to give Dilip, some stand-up comedy tips, and after he learned a bit, he said that Tees Maar Khan is his favourite movie. “Dhurandhar ke baad Tees Maar Khan ka hi raaj chal raha hain (After Dhurandhar, Tees Maar Khan is ruling).”

“Asli Oscar toh waha hi he, aapke film mein (The real Oscar is in fact, in your film)!” Pranit replied. To which the director agreed and shouted, “Oscaarrr!” In Farah’s film, Akshaye Khanna plays actor Aatish Kapoor who desperately wants to win an Oscar. Dilip and Pranit also pulled the director’s leg for her 2014 film Happy New Year, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.

Tees Maar Khan was released in 2010 and did not perform well at the box office. However, Farah believes that the heist thriller comedy, featuring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, has a cult following among GenZ. On the other hand, Dhurandhar, also starring Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, and Sara Arjun, has emerged as one of the highest-grossing Indian films ever.

Before having Pranit’s mom’s special Surmai Fish-fry, Farah Khan engaged in a fun banter with the comedian. While sitting with his family in the living room, he asked her, “Who do you have most fun in directing? Dilip or Shah Rukh sir?”

“What do you think?” she counter questioned him. “Dilip,” Pranit smiled. Without denying or confirming the same, Farah did a slight nodding gesture while smiling at his joke. “See, how big of a star you are, till Shah Rukh sir’s level straight,” he told Dilip. “Don’t listen to him, he is a stand-up comedian, he is always joking,” she mentioned.
