The third week of Bajirao Mastani is also proving to be lucky as the film earned Rs. 7.50 cr on Friday (January 1), Rs. 6 cr on Saturday (January 2), Rs. 7 cr on Sunday (January 3), Rs 2.30 cr on Monday (January 4), Rs 2.20 cr on Tuesday (January 5), Rs 2.05 cr on Wednesday (January 6) and Rs 2 cr on Thursday (January 7). The movie has now entered in its fourth week and its going steady at the box office and earned Rs 1.40 cr on Friday (January 8), Rs 2.35 cr on Saturday( January 9) and Rs 2.70 cr on Sunday (January 10). Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted:

The film which released along with Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol has done wonders irrespective of the competition it faced at the screens and box office. Sanjay Leela Bhansali proved his versatility once again with his film which released on December 18, 2015. His last directorial ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’, which was also a hit featured Ranveer and Deepika in the lead roles with Priyanka in a item number.

Eros International Media Ltd, a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry has announced an outstanding response to its latest release, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani in its third week. Overall, the third weekend collections have dropped by only 20% approximately over the 2nd weekend”.

Eros released Bajirao Mastani across 3750 screens worldwide on 18th December 2015 and went on to increase showcasing to meet demand in the subsequent weeks after its release.
