Nitin Kakkar’s ‘Filmistaan’ has certainly garnered much praise and appreciation.

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan recently watched the film and took to social networking site, Twitter to praise it to the skies

‘Filmistaan’, which has also been trending on Twitter, won The Silver Crow Pheasant Award for Best Debut Film in International Film Festival of Kerala. It also received the National Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi in 2012.

Directed and written by Nitin Kakkar, ‘Filmistaan’ features Sharib Hashmi, Inaamulhaz, Kumud Mishra and Gopal Dutt.
