Amid dating rumours, Aneet Padda calls Ahaan Panday ‘one of the best men in the world’: ‘He’s always had my back’

Ahaan, who also received the award alongside Aneet, thanked his family, friends and the team behind their debut film. Acknowledging director Mohit Suri, producer Aditya Chopra, and casting director Shanoo Sharma for believing in him, he said, “Everyone who’s helped me, and the whole team of Saiyaara, the film crew, I know how thankless the job is, so thank you. Without y’all, it wouldn’t have been possible. And all of you, always, the press, the audience, this means the world.”

Ahaan and Aneet’s rumoured relationship has been drawing fans’ attention for quite some time. Ahaan recently addressed the rumours in an interview, clarifying his equation with Aneet, and said that he is currently single. “Aneet is my best friend. The whole internet thinks we’re together, but we’re not. Chemistry isn’t always romantic, it’s about comfort, safety, and being seen. We’ve both made each other feel that. Even though she’s not my girlfriend, I’ll never have a bond like I have with Aneet”, he told GQ.

On the work front, Ahaan is gearing up to begin filming a romantic actioner with Ali Abbas Zafar, reportedly co-starring Sharvari Wagh and Aaishvary Thackeray. Aneet, meanwhile, is set to headline the next major instalment in the MHCU horror-comedy universe titled Shakti Shalini.
