When television’s popular actor Mouni Roy bagged her first Bollywood film Gold, not just her but even her fans got extremely excited. But what if we tell you that even before she makes her debut and the audience gets to see her talent on the silver screen, she has bagged another Bollywood project? As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Mouni has signed her second film called Brahmastra. This is the same movie which was announced recently and stars stellar performers Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor.

According to sources quoted in Mumbai Mirror, “Mouni recently came on board and will start shooting early next year, when the film goes on the floors. For now, Ayan is keeping other details of her role under wraps.”

When indianexpress.com got in touch with Mouni’s team, they said they cannot comment just yet, which sort of gives us an idea that the news might be true. We are still awaiting a confirmation from Mouni’s end. Fans are already excited to know what role she would be playing in the film. And provided it stars great actors already, it would surely be a challenge for Mouni to be able to spread her charm amid them.

Meanwhile, Mouni is waiting for the promotions of her film Gold, in which she would be starring with Akshay Kumar.

Gold, is a period sports drama based on the 1948 London Olympics. The central plot is about how independent India won its first Gold medal in hockey. Akshay plays the role of hockey player Balbir Singh.
