The Big Bull’s first look was released in January with the tagline, ‘The man who sold dreams to India’. The film is said to be inspired by the Harshad Mehta securities scam of 1992.
Calling The Big Bull a rags to riches story, Abhishek Bachchan shared, “The Big Bull isn’t a historical. It is based in Mumbai in the late 1980s and early 1990s. It’s a rags to riches story, a story of ambition that if you work towards your goal, you’ll definitely achieve it.”
He added, “It’s a wonderful film with a wonderful star cast including Ileana D’Cruz, Nikita Dutta, Soham Shah among more wonderful actors. We loved making this film and I hope our audience at Disney Plus Hotstar also likes it.”
Apart from The Big Bull, Sushant Singh Rajput’s Dil Bechara, Ajay Devgn’s Bhuj: The Pride of India, Akshay Kumar’s Laxmmi Bomb, Alia Bhatt’s Sadak 2, Vidyut Jammwal’s Khuda Haafiz and Kunal Kemmu’s Lootcase will also be releasing on Disney Plus Hotstar.
