After Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan shared a Karan Arjun moment while hosting a particular segment at the recent Star Screen Awards, now is the time for Aamir Khan to share the stage with SRK.Baadshah Khan.
According to DNA, Aamir Khan will be attending an event organised by Zee to acknowledge the role of women in Hindi cinema. The event is scheduled to take place on December 17 and will be hosted by none other than Shah Rukh Khan himself.
“It’s a Zee event, that will see Aamir launch his version of “Dhaakad” from the Dangal soundtrack. The actor will be seen rapping after 19 long years — the last time being “Aati Kya Khandala” for Ghulam,” revealed a source.
Confirming the news, Aamir Khan told DNA, “I felt the song was apt for the occasion. I have sung that song and we have shot it especially for that event and not as part of the Dangal OST. I really enjoyed “Dhaakad” and will be singing it in its entirety.”
Earlier, the fans of the two Khan’s got a visual treat when they came along with Salman Khan on Rajat Sharma’s talk show Aap Ki Adalat on its 21st anniversary in 2014.
Aamir Khan is having sleepless nights, weeks before the release of his upcoming biopic Dangal. Talking about his tension before its release, he said “I have not been able to sleep for 4-5 days. I go to bed at 4 am and sleep for an hour or so before heading for work.”
Dangal is slated to release on December 23.
