Aamir Khan praises Ram Madhvani for ‘Neerja’ trailer

Aamir Khan has praised director Ram Madhvani for the trailer of "Neerja".

Actor Aamir Khan has praised director Ram Madhvani for the trailer of “Neerja”, an upcoming biopic on the life of late air hostess Neerja Bhanot.

The “Taare Zameen Par” actor took to Twitter on Friday, where he also wished Madhvani and the entire team of the film.

“Great trailer Ram. Best wishes to you and the entire team. Love,” Aamir tweeted.

In the Fox Star Studios’ film, Sonam will be seen playing the role of Bhanot, a Pan Am flight attendant who was gunned down by terrorists when Flight 73 was hijacked in Karachi in 1986.

Veteran actress Shabana Azmi plays the role of Bhanot’s mother in the film, which is slated to hit the theatres on February 19 next year.

Meanwhile, Aamir is currently busy with his upcoming film “Dangal”, which is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and jointly produced by Aamir, Kiran Rao and Siddharth Roy Kapur.

It is based on the life of former wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat.
