A pleasant dream to do films where you can romance beautiful women: Kunal Khemmu on Bhagg Johnny

Kunal Khemmu will finally be seen on the silver screen this year in Shivam Nair's thriller Bhaag Johnny.

Kunal Khemmu At the trailer launch of the movie, Kunal Khemmu told us: ” It’s always great to do films where you can romance beautiful women. I can’t remember working with so many women ever. It was like a pleasant dream.”

Kunal Khemmu, who hasn’t had a release in the last two years, will finally be seen on the silver screen this year in Shivam Nair’s thriller Bhaag Johnny. The movie has Kunal romancing three stunning beauties namely Zoa Morani, Mandana Karimi and Manasi Scott. And quite obviously the actor enjoyed romancing the girls on screen.

At the trailer launch of the movie, Kunal Khemmu told us: ” It’s always great to do films where you can romance beautiful women. I can’t remember working with so many women ever. It was like a pleasant dream.”

When asked about wife Soha’s reaction, Kunal quipped: “That’s why I said it’s like pleasant dream. It’s something that I can only dream about.”

While Kunal was brimming with happiness at playing the lead role in a movie after long, the actor also admitted that there’s pressure on him to deliver this time. “There is added pressure this time more so because my last release was almost two years back.”

The film will see Kunal essaying a character replete with both positive and negative traits. Talking about his role, the actor said: “There is both Ram and Ravan in the same person. I enjoyed playing the darker side because I have never done that before in my career.”

Kunal, who was once prolific as a child actor, is no longer seen doing movies by the dozen. When quizzed if he had turned choosy, the ‘Zakhm’ actor said: “I get offered a lot of roles. But I have to get a role that I like. I have to be responsible to my audience.”
