SLAT LLB 2024: Symbiosis International University releases first merit list at symlaw.ac.in

SLAT LLB 2024: The Symbiosis International University, Pune today (June 15) released the first merit list of the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT 2024) for BBA LLB (Hons) and BA LLB courses. Candidates who appeared for the exam can the merit list on the official website – symlaw.ac.in.

Candidates are required to have their SLAT login ID and password to log in on the website portal and check the merit list.

This year, the exam SLAT exam was held from May 5 and May 11 in the computer-based test (CBT) mode at various examination centers across the country for 1 hour duration.

The exam question paper consisted total of 60 questions. Furthermore, the question paper was divided into five sections 12 questions each from all of them – logical reasoning, legal reasoning, analytical reasoning, reading comprehension, and general knowledge.

SLAT LLB 2024: How to check the merit list

Step 1 – Go to the official website – symlaw.ac.in

Step 2 – Select the link, “First merit list for BA/BBA LLB (Hons)”, displayed on homepage.

Step 3 – Next, fill up the required credentials in the designated field – login id and password, to sign.

Step 4 – Candidates SLAT merit list will be displayed on their screen

Step 5 – Save and download the merit list for further reference.

Symbiosis Law Admission Test is held for admission of eligible candidates in BA LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), BA LLB and BBA LLB courses.

As per the official website, the merit list is calculated with a weightage of 70 per cent and 30 per cent marks will be allotted from personal interviews of the candidates, totalling to 100 marks.

Additionally, the university mentioned that the “Category-wise cut off for merit list and wait list will be displayed on the website of the respective institutes. A wait list can also be released by the University but it will depend upon the vacant seats available.”

“Please note that all admissions are provisional and will be confirmed on payment of fees on or before the due date and subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions of the respective programme(s) and in accordance with the rules of the Symbiosis International (Deemed University).” read the notification from the University.

The SLAT exam opens the gateway for candidates to be enrolled in various prestigious campuses of Symbiosis – SLS Pune, SLS Hyderabad, SLS Noida, and SLS Nagpur.
