The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the admit cards of its prelims round recruitment exam for the Assistant post. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website of the RBI by following the steps listed below. The admit cards were released on December 8, 2016.
The exam will be computer based, that is, it will be conducted online. Candidates will have to pass the prelims round to get to the mains round. There may or may not be an interview round.
All candidates are supposed to carry a printed copy of their call letter/admit card along with a passport sized photograph affixed thereon as well as the original and a photocopy of a valid photo ID proof.
Candidates should also carry one ball point pen, as per RBI guidelines for the exam.

Steps to download the RBI Assistant admit card 2016:
Log on to the official website of the RBI, rbi.org.in
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and go to the “Opportunities @ RBI” link displayed at the bottom under the heading “More Links”
From the top of the page, go to the tab saying “Current Vacancies” displayed inside the yellow belt.
Do not click on the link but simply take your mouse pointer there and a drop down menu will appear. Here, click on the “Call Letters” link
From the new page that opens, click on the link which says “Recruitment of Assistant 2016 – Online Exam Call Letter”
Click on the link “Admission Letters”
Enter your details on the right hand side of the page such as registration number or roll number, your password which will be your date of birth, as well as the image shown in the picture box next to the text box. If you are not able to see the image, refresh the page. You will also have to select your language preference.
Your admit card will be available to you when you click on the “Login” button
