The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Punjab has released the Class 5 date sheet for the 2025 exams. The Class 5 Punjab board exams will begin with the English paper on March 7 followed by mathematics, Punjabi and Hindi on March 10, 11 and 12. The PSEB Class 5 exams will end with the environmental science paper on March 13.
Students can download and access the Punjab Class 5 date sheet at scert.epunjabschool.gov.in.

Till last year, the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) conducted the Class 5 exams. The Class 5 exams last year were conducted between March 7 and 14 over five days. The exams were held in the morning shift between 10 am and 1:15 pm. The Class 5 exams were conducted in self-examination centers only. Class 5 PSEB board question papers and booklets of differently abled candidates were not sent by the office. Examination of candidates with exceptional ability was not conducted at the school-level.
The pass percentage last year in Class 5 exams was 99.84 per cent. Pathankot district recorded the highest pass percentage with 99.96 per cent pass students while Mohali recorded the lowest at 99.65 per cent. As many as 587 students secured 100 per cent marks in PSEB Class 5 exam last year.
