
To address skill gap and lack of trained business analytics, WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a leading provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) services, and NIIT University (NU) have launched a two-year specialised and unique work-integrated MBA programme in Business Analytics.
This first-of-its-kind MBA, co-created by academic experts from NU and senior professionals from the WNS Analytics practice, combines comprehensive state-of-the-art academic content with actual practice and work-experience at WNS. Over the two-year duration of the programme, students will imbibe the best elements of both university education and business practice.
The selection process will have three stringent layers. The first part of the MBA programme will take place at the Neemrana Campus of NIIT University, followed by internship at WNS, under the supervision of the NU faculty. The unique feature of this collaboration is that graduating students will be placed in key positions in the analytics practice.The programme will draw upon live case-studies and practitioner-experts from WNS to ensure the right blend of academic concepts and industry application.
