The Kerala SSLC result 2016 has been announced by the Chief Secretary along with VS Senthil, Additional Chief Secretary today. This year, the pass percentage is 96.59 which is comparatively two per cent less than the previous year’s 98.57 per cent.
Among the regular students, 4,72,921 have appeared for the examination with 583 students from Gulf centres and 813 are from Lakshadweep.
While 4,57,654 have passed the examination, about 22,879 students have got A+ in all the subjects.
As many as 1,207 schools scored 100 per cent pass. The Pathanamthitta district registered the highest pass percentage (99.04) while Wayanad scored the lowest percentage (92.3).
The Save a Year (SAY) examinations will be held from May 23 to May 27.
The SSLC examination was held at 2,903 centres.
