The Indian School of Business (ISB) has released the summer internship reports for the inaugural 2025–27 cohort of its Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). The cohort has an average work experience of 11 months.
According to the official statement, students received more than 175 internship offers from 38 companies across multiple sectors. The average stipend stood at Rs 3.2 lakh, while the highest stipend offered was Rs 7.3 lakh.
Consulting firms accounted for the largest share of internship opportunities, contributing 47% of total offers. Accenture made 37 offers, making it the top recruiter. McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and Boston Consulting Group together extended 19 offers.
EY-Parthenon, PwC, and Deloitte USI also participated, offering roles in areas such as strategy, analytics, and business transformation.
Assignments in finance, investment advisory, and private equity made up 19% of the internship pool. Organisations participating included Jefferies, Mastercard, Barclays, Sorin Investments, DSP Asset Managers, JM Financial, Motilal Oswal, and Axis Bank.
FMCG companies constituted 11% of total offers. HUL, ITC, Colgate-Palmolive, Dabur, and Castrol hired for roles primarily in brand management and marketing strategy, according to the school.

Technology firms accounted for 10% of internships. Companies such as Amazon, Media.net, Practo, and Ola offered product management roles.
Conglomerates made up 7% of the internships, with participation from the Aditya Birla Group, Hinduja Group, Adani Enterprises, and Jindal. These firms offered roles in business operations, transformation, and strategy.

The remaining 6% of offers came from organisations including Hero MotoCorp, Country Delight, the William J Clinton Foundation, and Oyo Rooms. These roles spanned operations, strategy, and emerging technologies.
